Orcs are attacking your castle along numbered paths from -7 to 7. Using your mouse, click the blue up and down arrows to move to a path with an Orc, then press GO! to try to cast a spell. If you successfully hit an Orc, your wizard will cast the spell and defeat the Orc. If you miss, your spell will fizzle out.

For example, if you are standing on path 0, and an orc is attacking on path 3, you need to add 3 and then click GO! In some levels you will be subtracting instead. For these levels, you need to remember that subtracting a negative number is the same as adding a positive one!

You start with 3 hearts. Each time that an Orc reaches your castle walls, you'll lose one heart. When you lose your last heart, the Orcs will break through the castle walls, and you'll be defeated!
